Fishinline - Yellowtang
3 Meter version.

This is number six in the series of " Fish in Line ".
This species is a Yellow Tang.

This one was designed with simplicity in mind. I wanted a piece that could be made in a workshop environment that also had a wow factor. Although the first kit-set I made, the Long fin Banner Fish, is great for use in workshops, takes about 10 hours to do. So it is more suited to a two day event. Ten hours is just too long for a one day workshop if you want to walk away at the end of the day with a finished project hence the simplicity with this new kit-set, the Yellow Tang.

As is with the others, this one also has a very nice swimming motion.
I understand that making one of these from kit is not everybody's cup of tea so I decided to offer this as a completed piece as well as a kit-set. All in all I am again very pleased with the look and feel of this one. You can see more images of a completed shoal of 20 yellow Tang in the Fanõ album.

I make these in three sizes as is the case with most of the fish I make. This new kit-set comes in two sizes, a 1.5 meter version and a three meter version.
